This renovation project demonstrates a thoughtful architectural intervention that expands the house while maintaining visual lightness and privacy. The most prominent feature is the perforated concrete breeze-block wall, which forms a semi-transparent boundary along the property edge. Rather than constructing a solid extension, the design introduces an additional area that feels open, breathable, and visually connected to its surroundings.

The breeze blocks create a rhythmic grid pattern, adding texture and depth to the facade. This screen allows filtered light and natural ventilation to pass through, reducing heat buildup while maintaining privacy from the street. The use of light grey tones ensures continuity with the existing structure, giving the renovation a cohesive and contemporary character.
